FEDERALLY INCORPORATED NOT-FOR-PROFIT • CANADA

Built for seniors,

Join hundreds of seniors and volunteers across Canada

A federally incorporated not-for-profit dedicated to relieving conditions attributable to aging through meaningful connection, activity, and community support.

OUR PURPOSE

Our Mission

We are a federally incorporated not-for-profit dedicated to improving the quality of life of Canadian seniors by addressing social isolation and promoting active, connected communities.

THE CHALLENGE

Why This Matters

Simply being a certain age does not make someone eligible for charitable support. We specifically target conditions that impact seniors, ensuring our work has a measurable and meaningful impact.

Evidence-based. Senior-led.

Every program is designed with seniors in leadership roles and measurable outcomes.

Social isolation and loneliness

Building real human connections that combat isolation.

Frailty and decline in motor skills

Gentle movement and activity programs to maintain independence.

Difficulty adapting to current technology

Digital literacy programs that connect seniors to family and services.

Vulnerability to elder abuse

Including financial abuse — awareness, navigation, and empowerment.

Physical and mental health conditions attributable to aging

Holistic support that addresses both body and mind through community.

HOW WE WORK

How We Design Our Programs

Every initiative we launch follows these core principles to ensure it is effective, fundable, and truly beneficial to seniors.

Define the
"Condition"

We explicitly target specific, recognized conditions (e.g., social isolation) rather than just age.

Seniors in Leadership

Seniors play an essential role in leading, planning, and executing projects.

Measure Outcomes

We collect pre- and post-program data through surveys and testimonials to demonstrate impact.

Serve Vulnerable Groups

We prioritize low-income seniors, Indigenous seniors, 2SLGBTQI+ seniors, newcomers, and those in rural or remote areas.
